The loan officer lost our documents 3 times and told us we were approved in one week and took 4 weeks to close a HELOC . We found out after closing that we could not get any money other then paying off our small Heloc at another bank . The LO lied to us 2 times about the loan and what we should expect . Can’t tell you how stressful it has been and as if today . I would not suggest using this bank or LO
