Wow, been trying to open an on-line savings account. A week now and pretty much impossible. When I call, I get stuck on hold for 15-50 minutes and then they cannot help me figure out what is going on with their system. They finally made 2 deposits in my Chase account to verify. (After a week from first opening) Then when I get an e-mail with a link from FFB asking to verify the deposits, it says the Link Has Expired!!!!! Even in the e-mail it says it will not expire until July 5th 2022, yet it is only June 28th!!! Been on hold now for an hour and 8 minutes…I’m caller “in-cue” of 2 now. Wow, FFB is really on the ball. (NOT) Made 5 phone calls now. This one is the last, if they actually pick up before my phone dies…..
