  1. Jennifer l. Buondonno, from Bank of Castile in Medina New York was A great help to my wife and I setting up our banking account!!One of the Bank of Castiles best,Thank you again for the help!! Jeniavee and Richard E. Brown

  2. My daughter was 18 and starting at SUNY Geneseo and we went to a fair at the college where Tompkins Bank of Castile had a representative. As we wanted our daughter to have access to money as we live far away she opened a checking account with $200 since they have an ATM on the campus. Over the course of a little over 2 years the bank took $75 from her account in statement and inactivity fees and only contacted her after her account went negative. We then asked the bank to reimburse our daughter her money as she is a college student and they refused. Therefore, I consider them operating in a predatory manner exploiting college students.
